LOOK: Michigan fans make recruiting pitch to Ole Miss QB Shea Patterson during basketball game

Michigan fans really seem to think highly of quarterback Shea Patterson. So much so that they’re already cheering him on at basketball games.

Patterson, the Ole Miss quarterback, is visiting Michigan this weekend and a number of Michigan fans are aware of that.

So much so that some are trying to use negative recruiting tactics against Ole Miss and UCLA, another school Patterson is reportedly considering.

Patterson isn’t the only Rebel visiting Michigan this weekend. Wide receiver Van Jefferson and safety Deontay Anderson are also in Ann Arbor this weekend.

Another photo of Patterson visiting the Big House, which is covered in snow, emerged on social media. While it might be a cool spectacle, it might not exactly be a ton of fun to play in a snow storm.

Ole Miss announced that it was removing all transfer restrictions from players who wanted to transfer earlier this week. Ole Miss was given a bowl ban for a second straight year, after self-imposing one for the 2017 season. The Rebels went 6-6 this year, even with Patterson going down midseason.

The school is appealing that bowl ban as well. Prior to the NCAA handing out its punishment, Ole Miss promoted Matt Luke to head coach.
