LOOK: Kansas State men’s basketball will sport lavender jerseys at Oklahoma State

Kansas State men’s basketball is set to showcase its throwback lavender jerseys once again this season.

The jerseys, which were previously used by the team at home vs. TCU in January, will be worn by the Wildcats for the team’s away game at Oklahoma State.

The lavender jerseys were used permanently for Kansas State home games from 1972-1983.

The Wildcats enter the road trip to Stillwater, Okla. sitting at 6-6 in Big 12 Conference play (4th place) and 17-8 overall. Kansas State dropped its most recent matchup at home on Saturday — a 66-47 loss to No. 7 Texas Tech.

Tip-off for the Kansas State-Oklahoma State game is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater, Okla. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
