LOOK: Jamal Adams torches former LSU teammate Leonard Fournette for asking for Instagram followers

Despite now living and playing on opposite ends of the country, former LSU Tigers teammates are still able to go back and forth with some good-natured jabs on Twitter.

Former Tigers safety Jamal Adams and running back Leonard Fournette, both first round picks in last April’s NFL Draft by New York and Jacksonville, respectively, had a funny exchange on Twitter on Friday afternoon.

It started when Fournette, innocently enough, asked his Twitter followers to also follow him on Instagram.

Adams hopped at the chance to make fun of his friend for the shameless social media plug.

Fournette defended himself quickly:

Just rookies being rookies. Adams and Fournette’s former team hosts Auburn in Death Valley on Saturday, and the two are sure to be tuned in.
