LOOK: Bret Bielema stays classy in congratulating Rawleigh Williams’ father for finishing half-marathon

Arkansas-Bret Bielema-coach-fired

Things didn’t work out for Bret Bielema as the coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t keep a tab on his former Razorbacks players.

Rawleigh Williams, who retired prior to the 2017 season due to a neck injury, took to Twitter to wish his father congratulations on finishing his first half-marathon. Bielema wanted to remind Williams of what he did when he first heard his father was attempting the feat.

That is typical Bielema, using his humor to also wish the best to a former player and his family.
