Linebacker prospect Carson Kropp commits to Oklahoma State as preferred walk-on

Oklahoma State’s defense has picked up another piece in the 2018 recruiting class.

Inside linebacker prospect Carson Kropp announced through his personal Twitter account Tuesday that he is committed to play for Mike Gundy and the Cowboys as a preferred walk-on.

Kropp wrote that it was “a childhood dream” to reach the point in his career which he achieved.

Kropp, a native of Owasso, Okla., did not have a star-rating in the 247Sports composite rankings. Kropp comes in at 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds.
