Kansas has its first commitment of 2019 and it is a big one.
Lance LeGendre, a dual-threat quarterback from New Orleans, announced he is committed to the Jayhawks.

LeGendre, who also has offers from Alabama, Oklahoma State and Tennessee, is rated a 3-star prospect by 247Sports’ composite rating and a 4-star prospect by Rivals.com.
The quarterback from Warren Easton High School was recruited by Kansas associated head coach Tony Hull, per Rivals.com, and has had a Kansas offer since late January. It’s no shock Hull would have a hand in landing LeGendre considering his roots in Louisiana high school football.
Kansas coach David Beaty was plenty happy to hear the news.
