Joel Klatt moves TCU into his top 4 teams

FOX Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt is finally giving the Horned Frogs some serious recognition after TCU defeated Kansas 43-0 on Saturday.

Klatt — consistent with the AP Top 25 rankings — had TCU at No. 4 in his latest list of top 10 teams. The Horned Frogs bounced Ohio State from his Oct. 16 top-4.

TCU wasn’t the only Big 12 team to earn some respect from Klatt. He kept Oklahoma State in his top 10 at No. 9, despite the Cowboys falling to No. 11 in the AP Top 25 rankings on Sunday. Oklahoma stayed put at No. 10.

TCU had been ranked No. 5 in Klatt’s top 10 the past two weeks, despite TCU moving to No. 4 in the polls one week ago.

TCU will have the chance to add to its playoff resume with a road game against No. 25 Iowa State on Oct. 28. The Cyclones entered the AP Top 25 rankings for the first time in 12 years on Sunday.
