The Sooners receiver was knocked out of the team’s game against Iowa State in the first half after diving toward the goal line for a touchdown.
The freshman has a team-high 4 receiving touchdowns this season. He also has the second-most receiving yards of all Oklahoma receivers with 307 yards on 17 receptions and is averaging 18.1 yard per catch.
In his short time on campus, Lamb has evolved into one of Oklahoma’s top receiving threats and would be a key addition to Oklahoma’s lineup against Texas at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
The university has not responded to an email confirming an injury update regarding Lamb at this time.
