Former Penn State linebacker Brandon Bell could make his NFL debut this weekend. Bell, a rookie, was placed on the Cincinnati Bengals’ active roster on Friday.

Bell was signed by the Bengals as an undrafted free agent in May and has spent the season on their practice squad. Cincinnati faces the Minnesota Vikings at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.
At Penn State, Bell made 226 tackles, 11.5 sacks and 4 interceptions in 40 career games. He had a career-best 89 tackles in 2016, helping Penn State win the Big Ten and reach the Rose Bowl.
