Former Arkansas QB Matt Jones: ‘Changes have to be made’

It’s one thing for a fan base to put pressure on a head coach. It’s quite another when former players start voicing their displeasure.

Former quarterback Matt Jones is likely a voice that should be taken seriously. He was a former first round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft and led the Razorbacks under center from 2002-2004.

Saturday night he made his displeasure known.

He even adds that “coach B” most likely a reference to head coach Bret Bielema, should be embarassed. He’s clearly tired of his former program being on the brink.

Jones finished his career at Arkansas with 5,857 yards passing, 53 touchdowns and 30 interceptions.
