Federal appeals court clears way for Ezekiel Elliott’s six-game suspension, per report

A federal appeals court granted a stay of the injunction against Elliott’s six-game suspension Thursday, the Associated Press reports. The court sided with the NFL in a split decision.

This legal saga is nowhere closed to finished though, as Elliott’s lawyers can refile against the NFL.
