Kansas State forward Dean Wade will not start against UMBC in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, per the Wichita Eagle’s Kellis Robinett.
Same starting lineup for Kansas State tonight. No Dean Wade.

Wade has been absent for Kansas State’s last two games after re-aggravating a foot injury from earlier in the season. He’s the leading scorer for the Wildcats, averaging 16.5 points per game.
Kansas State coach Bruce Weber hinted that Wade could enter the game at some point on Sunday after he missed the Wildcats’ NCAA Tournament opener vs. Creighton on Friday. Tip-off for the Kansas State-UMBC game is set for 6:45 p.m. CT in Charlotte, N.C.
