Dana Altman joins elite group of coaches after guaranteeing winning season

Dana Altman has some elite company following the Oregon Ducks’ win over Washington State on Sunday night.

With the Ducks now 17-8 overall, Oregon is guaranteed to have a winning season, Altman’s 21st in a row. He is just one of six active coaches to maintain a streak as long.

The streak for Altman dates back to the 1997-98 season, when he was the head coach at Creighton.

Altman has a career record of 613-322 and also has coaching stints at Kansas State and Marshall.
