College GameDay picks, selections: Penn State-Michigan, Week 8 games

College GameDay picks for Week 8 include the huge night showdown between No. 2 Penn State and No. 19 Michigan.

With the game at Penn State, former Nittany Lions great Ki-Jana Carter was the guest picker. Carter finished second in the Heisman voting in 1994 as Penn State went undefeated. Carter rushed for 1,539 yards and 23 touchdowns while averaging 7.8 yards per attempt.
