Clemson quarterback Kelly Bryant left the field with an injury with 45 seconds left in the first half vs. Syracuse.
Bryant had to be carried off into the locker room before halftime and his status for the rest of the game is yet to be determined.

“It looks like he’s got a concussion,” Dabo Swinney said at halftime when asked what appeared to happen to Bryant on the third down play in which the quarterback was slammed to the turf.
