The list of Notre Dame commits for the Class of 2018 just got one name smaller.
Three-star wide receiver Geordon Porter (Rancho Cucamonga, California) decommited from Notre Dame on Saturday.
Porter announced his decision via Twitter.

Porter initially committed to Notre Dame on Nov. 1, with his other offers from Arizona State, Utah, UCLA, Alabama, Duke, Georgia and many other teams.
“Porter is a player with tremendous speed and can really stretch a defense,” Scout National Recruiting Analyst Greg Biggins said at the time of Porter’s previous commitment to Notre Dame. He’s more of a straight line guy right now, doesn’t have a lot of wiggle to him, so he’ll need time to refine his route running and improve in his ability to get in and out of his cuts.”
Notre Dame still has the No. 7 class in the country and No. 1 in the state.
