Baylor basketball is on a three-game win streak and senior guard Manu Lecomte is one of the biggest reasons for the Bears’ recent success.

Lecomte was recognized for his efforts by the Big 12 Conference, earning the league’s Player of the Week award on Monday.

Lecomte helped Baylor beat Oklahoma State 67-56 on Tuesday, Feb. 6, and Kansas 80-64 on Saturday, Feb. 10. He scored 18 points in both games, and he shot nearly 60 percent from the field in the two outings.

Lecomte also averaged 5.0 assists, shot 54.5 percent from beyond the arc and committed only 4 total turnovers in two games last week.

Baylor (15-10, 5-7 Big 12) has struggled in big stretches this season, but Lecomte’s recent play has the Bears back on track.

Baylor faces Texas at 9 p.m. ET, Monday, on ESPN.
