Baylor may have finished 1-11 on the season, but that hasn’t stopped Matt Rhule and co. on the recruiting trail.
We’re a mere two days away from the early signing period, and the Bears boast the no. 19 recruiting class in the nation, according to ESPN’s Gerry Hamilton.

Baylor’s recruiting class is extraordinarily fast. Matt Rhule has been looking at guys with speed to burn, and has been unbelievably successful in the past week. He’s flipped a four-star player from the Florida Gators, snagged a speedy defensive back from DeSoto High, home of Taylor Young, and there’s a number of prospects Rhule’s Bears are still in contention for.
Baylor also played a ridiculous amount of freshman and sophomores last season. With how this recruiting class is shaking out, don’t be surprised if you see the Baylor Bears back on top of the football world in a short amount of time.
