FAYETTEVILLE, Ark . — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Full Tilt Boogie podcast, the most-listened-to Razorbacks podcast in the country. In this episode, John Nabors discusses the possible defensive coordinator candidates and who would best fit Arkansas going forward.
The Full Tilt Boogie Podcast is named after the way football coach Chad Morris described his up-tempo offense when first coming to Arkansas last week.
Here is a rundown of the topics discussed in the Full Tilt Boogie Podcast, marking the 321st episode of Nabors’ Razorbacks podcast:
Arkansas can open up the defense under Chad Morris
Nabors started the podcast with discussing the defensive philosophy that the Razorbacks will be using under Morris. Arkansas has not been able to field a decent defense since 2014. The program has recruited well on the defensive side of the ball, but been unable to develop the players’ talents. With the up-tempo offense that Morris will be running, it’s hard to believe the Hogs will have an elite defense, too. Rather, with the amount of time the defense will be on the field during games, fans may see high scoring matchups for years to come. If Arkansas can find a great defensive coordinator, though, the Hogs may be able to slow down some SEC offenses.
Nonsense: What a time to be alive!
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the nonsensical story of time periods he’d rather be alive for.
