The only member to pick Stanford is Molly Geary, and she only gave Stanford three confidence points.
It’s pretty easy to see TCU steamrolling Stanford, especially with a hobbled Bryce Love, but the Cardinal might not go down so easy. This is still a solid offensive line and a workable defense, and Stanford has made do with much less before. If Bryce Love can play at full speed, this game will change immensely for the Horned Frogs.
Obviously, this one will be centered around the run game, but there’s a twist here. This game will be decided by how well Mat Boesen and Ben Banogu of TCU control the edges of the Stanford offense. If they can hold leverage over Stanford’s big offensive tackles, the Horned Frogs should roll. Boesen and Banogu are likely up to the task, but this is a bowl game, and David Shaw is a good coach. TCU should win this one, but it’ll likely be by a close margin.
