The Bengals already ruined one team’s postseason hopes, and now they’ll have a chance to do it again.

Cincinnati’s 26-17 upset of Detroit eliminated the Lions. Now they travel to 9-6 Baltimore. For the Ravens, it’s simple: win and you’re in.

The Bengals are 6-9 and far removed from the playoff picture. Baltimore is competing with Buffalo, Tennessee and Los Angeles in the wild card race.

Marvin Lewis is likely coaching his last game for the Bengals, and it will be against the team that once employed him. Lewis was the Ravens defensive coordinator from 1996-2001, of course leading a star-studded defense that won the 2000 Super Bowl.

Lewis’ last stand could be halting his longtime foe’s aspirations, or it could be going out in silence with a 6-10 mark.
