SORRELL, John Joseph
Age 81 of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Carlisle Manor. He was born November 12, 1939, the son of Homer and Mattie (Brown) Sorrell in Middletown.
John retired from AK Steel and was one of the Founders of the Hunter Volunteer Fire Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Susan and infant twins, Jeffrey and Sheri.
John is survived by his two sons, John (Laura) Sorrell and Tim (Rachel) Sorrell along with 7 grandchildren. He also leaves his siblings, Wanda Hounshell, LaVonne (Richard) Henderson. Pat (Mark) Wallace and Dale (Sue) Sorrell.
