EDINGTON, Barbara Jean

Barbara Jean Edington, 74, of Springfield, passed away November 11, 2021, at Springfield Regional Hospital. She was born January 28, 1947, in Springfield, the daughter of William E. and Dorothy V. (Hopkins) Gano. Barbara enjoyed shopping, watching wrestling, and she especially loved her dogs. She attended Deliverance Temple. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrel Edington; daughter, Ginger Edington; sisters, Connie Richardson and Joan Lou Swick; one niece; two nephews; and her parents. Survivors include her brother, William (Kim) Gano; nephews, James (Angela) Wright, Shawn (Jody) Druckenbroad, and Andrew Gano; and several great-nieces and nephews.
