A crash on a major Houston highway was made worse Monday morning when a woman decided to undress and stand on top of an 18-wheeler truck.
KSAT reported police were called to Highway 290 just before 9 a.m. after reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car.
When police got to the scene they saw the woman undressing and dancing on top of the truck.
She could be seen from traffic cameras.
By 10 a.m. authorities were still working to get the woman down.
KPRC reported that the woman was dancing, sitting and standing on top of the truck at various times.
At one point a firetruck with an aerial tower moved next to the big rig as officials, standing on a the truck's platform, tried to talk to the woman.
She was seen on traffic cameras spitting on at least one official.
It is not known why the woman climbed the rig and got undressed in the first place.
The woman was taken into custody around 11 a.m. She was handcuffed and brought down in the fire truck's aerial tower.
