According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Signs And Wonders Apostolic Outreach Ministries in northwest Harris County, the television station reported.
When deputies arrived, they found the child with life-threatening injuries after a table apparently fell on him, KHOU reported.
It was not immediately clear what caused the table to fall on the child, deputies told the television station.
