The store currently has a location at 2821 Wilmington Pike in Kettering, and an employee of this store, Greg Tracy, said the Huber Heights location is expected to open in August or September.

The store owned by Katie Conley and Adam Malonjao sells supplements, tacos, smoothies, fresh fruit and other healthy, on-the-go snacks, which Tracy said are becoming very popular.
The Brandt Pike corridor where Ice Ice Smoothie is moving has had vacant commercial space over the years, Huber Heights assistant city manager Scott Falkowski said. A lot of commercial uses locate further north in Huber Heights, wanting to be near I-70.

But the City of Huber Heights is working to revitalize the Brandt Pike Corridor, including attracting local, community businesses that serve a specific or niche product to the Huber Center, Falkowski said.
“In this area there’s more of a focus on the neighborhood, local type stores,” he said. “This is one that will definitely draw people into that center.”
