Whiteout conditions were reported in Darke and Clarke counties from the late morning to early afternoon.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has issued an ice alert for secondary and rural roads.
Drivers should use extreme caution on those roads, as well as bridges and overpasses, because they are ice covered and hazardous, according to the sheriff’s office.
