That location in Miami Twp. has seen several new store openings in recent years. In April 2017, Bargain Hunt moved into an old PNC Bank location as construction was beginning on two new retail spaces out front.
Athletico moved into 3,200 square feet of the new building to the North, Sean Sullivan, vice president of field operations for Town Center Company, told this news organization last year. Appliance Factory will fill the entire nearly 8,200 square-foot building south of Athletico.
The chain has 22 stores nationwide, including one near Columbus and another in Cincinnati. The company’s website also shows a new store planned for 600 Kemper Commons Circle in Northern Cincinnati.
