On Saturday, Hebert's high school classmates organized a candlelight vigil.
Hundreds of students gathered at Allatoona High School’s football stadium for a vigil in Hebert’s memory, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. They lit candles, sang and prayed.
Smith is being held without bond. Authorities have charged her with felony murder in Hebert's death.
