An Oregon woman punched her boyfriend twice in the face after he left her dog out in the rain New Year's Eve, investigators said.
Melissa Morris, 38, told Coos County deputies around 6:16 p.m. Dec. 31 that she punched him because he didn't bring her dog in from the rain, investigators said.
Her boyfriend had a marble-sized welt and a scratch mark on his right eyebrow, deputies said.
Morris was arrested and charged with domestic assault.
