The woman was described an an experienced jumper who died after a "hard landing," according to emergency officials.
She went skydiving with a large group of people Sunday afternoon when the accident happened.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.

News reports indicate the woman's parachute deployed without incident.
Her name won't be released until Monday, but officials said her family has been notified, WRAL-TV reported.
