HIT AND RUN: Police say a man w/ short dark hair was driving this black pick up on I-75 south of the 399 exit. A woman was holding onto the door, being dragged for a few hundred feet. She fell and was run over by the back tire. The man left the scene. The woman didn't make it pic.twitter.com/ZWJ0HSof4H

They also said he was swerving on the grass shoulder of I-75 with the woman hanging from the door of his truck before she fell off.
FHP said the woman was taken to UF Health Shands Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
