Bridgewater, who attended Northwestern High School in Miami, returned to South Florida to watch his alma mater play football Friday. He also showed off some of his dance moves, joining the school's Dynamic Dozen dancing team at halftime, NOLA.com reported.

Bridgewater shared a video on social media of him taking part in the dance team's "Supa Strut," the Louisville Courier Journal reported.

Traci Young-Byron posted the video, and Bridgewater was more than equal to the task of keeping up with the dancers.

"I've been studying the videos all week and told Ms. Young I'll be ready to hit my #SupaStrut," Bridgewater posted on Twitter.

In the video, Byron-Young can be heard urging her dancers and Bridgewater: "You better strut. Come on, Teddy. Come on, Teddy. ... Look at them feet. Look at that face. Look at them feet. Look at that face. Oooh he serious. Oooh he serious. ..."

The Saints return to action next Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Although Bridgewater is 5-0 as a starter this year, he may be strutting on the sidelines, as regular starter Drew Brees is scheduled to return from an injury.
