Five years after she gained national attention for being acquitted of murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, Casey Anthony is reportedly living a dull life in South Florida.
According to People, a source told the magazine that Anthony is “bored” with her everyday life and has a very small social circle with romantic dates only coming from people in her legal counsel. "She gets up each day, hangs around, checks the internet, takes some pictures, and doesn't do much,” the source said. “She can't hold a real job, and she doesn't really make a lot of friends, for obvious reasons. When people find out about her history, they usually bail on her. She's 30, with very few friends her age."
The source told People that Anthony is living on a fixed income, but not much money is coming from the photography business she recently started. "She's got enough money to live, but not enough to really do anything," the source said. "She sort of lives like an old person, on a fixed income without much going on in her life. She's bored, and she complains about boredom all the time."
People reported that Anthony, who was said to be living in the West Palm Beach area, has allegedly staged “paparazzi-style photo ops” and sells them to media outlets in order to secure some extra money when she is low on funds. The magazine added that she doesn’t talk with her family much at all.
Earlier this year, a book by private detective Dominic Casey allegedly revealed that Anthony drowned her daughter and kept her in a car trunk for five days following the murder in the tell-all book.
