According to a release, the products contain pistachios, a tree nut, which is not listed on the product's labeling.
The sausage products are labeled as "Mortadella Classica" but are Mortadella Pistachio products.
The products were produced July 29 and bear the recall establishment number "Est. 39928" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The sausage products were shipped to retail locations in Washington, Oregon and California.
According to the release, the issue was discovered after the company received a complaint from a retailer.
No confirmed reports of adverse reactions have been reported due to consumption of the sausage, officials said.
Officials said they are concerned that the products may be in refrigerators or freezers across the three states and are urging consumers who purchased the products to throw them out or return them to the place where they purchased them.
FSIS said anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a health care provider.
