Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is holding a lead over fellow Republican candidates Donald Trump and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, according to the latest Real Clear Politics average of polls. On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders is up by an average of 3.1 percent over former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton.
