If this pup could talk she would have quite a story from Coachella, California.

Riverside County Animal Services responded to a call of a puppy who put her head in the wrong spot -- the center of a spare tire's wheel -- and got stuck.

The responding officer tried the old cooking oil trick to try to slide the dog out, but her neck was swollen and she wouldn’t budge.

They sedated her to keep her calm while firefighters from Riverside County came with a saw to help cut her out of the tight spot.

Cutting the metal wheel gave the puppy enough wiggle room to get out. She had a quick snack and was taken for observation before being returned to her owners.
