When police arrived at the business around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, they made contact with the woman, identified as Ashley Jordan, 30, the Arizona Republic reported.

KNXV reported police said Eric Cordova, 32, became aggressive when police made contact with his wife. The department said Cordova fought with the officer and the two fell to the ground.

Several people with the wedding party joined in the scuffle and didn't listen to officer's commands, the department said. The Republic reported Jordan pushed an officer in the face with her hand during the scuffle.

The couple, who married earlier in the day, were arrested, taken to Yavapai County jail and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, according to police.

Two other people in the wedding party were also arrested, Arizona Republic reported. Police identified them as 31-year-old Dustin Trout and 25-yer-old Amos Puckett. Trout was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Puckett was charged with obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct.

The other two people accused were not identified, but officers cited them for disorderly conduct, and they were released, KNXV reported.
