Fountain was initially charged with 50 counts of rape, but that number doubled after investigators identified more victims, the Sheriff's Office said. Each victim was under 13 years old, authorities told CNN.
Fountain is being held on $1 million bond, BuzzFeed reported.
Investigators are encouraging anyone with information about Fountain's alleged crimes to call the Sheriff's Office at 318-473-6700 or Crime Stoppers at 318-443-7867.
