Lanier narrated a 70-second video in advance of the Chiefs' battle against the Tennessee Titans at Arrowhead Stadium, The Kansas City Star reported.

“Sometimes we find ourselves challenged,” Lanier said in the video. “Sometimes we find ourselves cornered. But sometimes we find ourselves destined.”
The last time the Chiefs played in the Super Bowl, the Minnesota Vikings were favored by 13 points. But coach Hank, Stram urging his offense to “just keep matricularing the ball down the field,” scored a 23-7 victory in the final meeting between the merger of the AFL and NFL.

That game was played at Tulane Stadium in New Orleans. If the Chiefs win Sunday, they will go Miami on Feb. 2 to face the winner of the NFC Championship Game between Green Bay and San Francisco.
