The House Democrats announced two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump Tuesday morning -- abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
The process of marking up, debating, amending and rewriting the articles of impeachment, is expected to begin begin Wednesday by the Judiciary Committee.
The charges, if approved, would then be sent to the Senate, where the Republican majority would be unlikely to convict Trump.
