Seven-year-old Aiden McCullough and his older sister, 20-year-old Morgan Smith, are very close.
Now, their bond is unbreakable after the boy saved his sister's life.
Aiden jumped into action when Smith had a seizure in the family's pool in Brantley County, Georgia.
Smith said she was on the bottom step when she started seeing black spots. After that, she doesn't remember what happened.
Aiden said his sister fell backward into the pool.
“I was thinking like, ‘Oh, my God. Oh my God. She’s going to die,'" he said.
