Variety is reporting that the person in question was identified as Terry Bryant and he was charged with felony grand theft. His bail was set at $20,000.

Bryant had posted live video of himself holding an Oscar during the Governor’s Ball to social media, Variety reported.

During the video, he claimed it was an award for music.

After the short split, McDormand took her statue to a Los Angeles icon -- In-N-Out burger.
