Officer said Ernst Cherizard, 28, surrendered to Haines City police just after 2 p.m. Sunday.
This comes after an update from police that Elizabelle Frenel, 6, died Saturday around 11 p.m. after fighting for her life in a hospital for more than 24 hours.
Frenel is the third victim to die, along with Eli Junia Normil, 23, and Nicole Guillume, 48, officers said.
Police said Cherizard shot and killed his girlfriend and her aunt at the Citrus Ridge apartments Friday night.

Haines City police also shared a link to a GoFundMe page that was set up to support family members of the victims.
