The home was built in the 1960s during the height of the Cold War, WTVT reported.
A hatch that opens to the bomb shelter is in the driveway.
"It goes down quite a bit, and it's arc-shaped," realtor Sue Ellis told WTVT. "It is a hidden gem for those looking for something really unique."
Stanley Lapinski served in the Navy and owned the house for 30 years.
"It has a spiral staircase, which makes you feel like you're on a submarine," his daughter told WTVT. "It was a cute little place, it was a hideaway."
