Calling all Muggles.

The first-ever Harry Potter flagship store is far from make believe and slated to open its doors in New York this summer, multiple news outlets reported.

The three-story, 20,000 square-foot Wizarding World of Harry Potter store will also offer different retail experiences based on the patron, WNBC reported.

“This will be the largest dedicated Harry Potter store in the world and will become a must-visit fan destination where Harry Potter enthusiasts can engage with interactive experiences and numerous photo opportunities as they step into the magic,” Sarah Roots, senior vice president of worldwide tours and retail for Warner Bros., said in a statement.

According to CNN, the store will be located next to the iconic Flatiron building in the heart of Manhattan.

Author J.K. Rowling released the final novel in the boy wizard series 12 years ago, but a spinoff play, "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," is currently running on Broadway at the Lyric Theater, the network reported.

Roots also called New York the “ideal city” for the Wizarding World launch because of the strong concentration of dedicated fans, a “cutting-edge retail environment and a community that embraces innovative experiences.”

Although formal designs for the project have not yet been made public, WNBC reported renderings indicate associated food offerings will be similar to those found at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter areas at Universal Parks in Orlando, Hollywood and Osaka, Japan.
