The 27-year-old fisherman found the human leg, which was still shod in a sneaker, around 8 p.m. near Graffiti Pier, WPVI reported

It is unclear how long the leg had been in the water.

Investigators are searching for additional body parts. The identity of the victim is unknown, WPVI reported.

This is not the first time human legs have been found in a Pennsylvania river this year.

A fisherman found two legs severed at the knee and believed to be from a woman May 11 in the Susquehanna River near Williamsport, WPXI reported.

The victim, who has not been identified, is believed to have been killed six months earlier."
