In the post, they said they were caring for almost 300 animals at the shelter and in foster homes and only had about 32 containers of cat food left in the shelter's pantry.

They requested donations of cat food to either be dropped off at the shelter directly or ordered from its Amazon wish list.

By Monday, the pantry was full and the animals would be fed thanks to the kindness of strangers, WCSH reported.
