Nothing says 'I love you' more than a big bouquet of fresh flowers. On Valentine's Day, flowers were being delivered all over the world every second...which leaves some room for error.
1-800-Flowers understandably gets an enormous amount of requests around the holiday with high expectations. Customers bombarded social media, ripping the flower company apart and demanding refunds for the many mistakes that were made. Some include moldy flowers, flowers that never made it to their intended recipient, and just overall lousy looking arrangements. The flower company has responded to customers complaints, telling them to contact a representative for assistance.
