A 51-year-old Rosewood woman was killed in a crash in the area of Nine Mile Road and West State Road 29 Wednesday night.
Deidra Davidson was the only person in her vehicle when she lost control of it while travelling eastbound on West State Road at the Nine Mile Road intersection, deputies said.
Deputies said the road transitioned from asphalt to a freshly tarred gravel sufface where Davidson lost control, exiting the right side of the road before rolling her vehicle numerous times into a bean field.
CareFlight was called to the scene, but Davidson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies believe speed may have contributed to the crash and Davidson was not wearing a seatbelt.
